International Liquor Store and Market is a family-owned shop in Torrance Plaza, the shopping center on West Carson Street just west of Crenshaw Boulevard. We are a working neighborhood store rather than a warehouse — short aisles, full coolers, and someone behind the counter who can point you straight to the shelf you are looking for.

You will find us in Suite 105, between Hair Fitness and JP Cleaners, with parking directly out front and the entrance facing the lot. That makes a stop here a two-minute errand instead of a trip: pull in, grab what you need, and get back on Carson.

We are open seven days a week, from eight in the morning until late every night — eleven on weeknights, midnight on Friday and Saturday, ten on Sunday. Whether you are picking up a bottle before dinner, restocking the fridge after work, or running out for a bag of ice at nine at night, the lights are on.

Because we are independent, what sits on the shelves reflects what this neighborhood actually buys. Regulars come in for singles and six-packs during the week and for cases before a party or a game, and the staff will help you get them out to the car.

Wine, beer and spirits under one roof

The wine section runs from everyday California bottles to imports, at a range of prices rather than a single tier. The spirits shelves cover the standard categories — whiskey and bourbon, tequila, vodka, gin, rum, cognac and liqueurs — with both familiar labels and bottles you will not find at a supermarket. The refrigerated wall is the part people notice first: domestic lagers, craft cans and IPAs, imports, hard seltzers and ready-to-drink cocktails, sold as singles, six-packs, twelve-packs and cases. It is all kept cold, so what you buy is ready when you get home.

The market half of the name

Alongside the bottles we stock what you would otherwise make a second stop for: soft drinks and energy drinks, mixers and juice, water, milk, snacks and candy, ice cream, and bagged ice by the door. Plenty of customers in the plaza start here and skip the supermarket run entirely.

California Lottery draw games and Scratchers are sold right at the register, so you can add a ticket to whatever else you are picking up. There is a Scratchers vending machine by the entrance as well for quick stops.
